Woman ends life after argument with husband in Bandlaguda

A 30-year-old woman from Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, died by suicide following a quarrel with her husband. The woman, a mother of three, reportedly hanged herself after her husband left the house.

Hyderabad: A 30-year-old woman died by suicide at her house in Bandlaguda on Wednesday night.

The woman, Sagira Fatima (30), a native of Karnataka and resident of Noorinagar in the Bandlaguda police station area, was married to Basheer Ahmed and had three children.

“Since a few months, there were family issues going on between the couple. On Wednesday night, the couple quarreled again. Ahmed then left the house and went outside. Sagira then hanged herself from the ceiling fan in the house,” said the Bandlaguda police. A case is registered.
