Hyderabad: A 50-year-old woman was found murdered at a flat in an apartment at Kukatpally on Wednesday.
The woman, Renu Agarwal, lived in an apartment building located at Kukatpally. The assailants had tied the hands and legs of the woman and stabbed her to death. On receiving information, the police reached the spot and launched an investigation. The police are enquiring if any property is missing from the house. More details are awaited.
Car bursts into flames in Bollaram
A passenger had a lucky escape after his car caught fire while on the move at Bollaram on Wednesday evening.
The incident happened at Kukoor in Bollaram when the man was driving the car and suddenly a fire broke out in the vehicle.
The passenger jumped out of the car and within seconds, the vehicle burst into flames. A fire tender reached the spot and doused the flames. Officials suspect the fire might have been caused by a short circuit.
