Medak: A woman got burnt alive and her husband and son sustained serious injuries when their house caught fire on Monday night in Thimmanagar.

The victims were Paleboyina Mangamma (35), her husband Narsimhulu (42) and son Ravi (14). Though the locals came to their rescue after calling fire tenders, they could not save Mangamma.


Narsimhulu and Ravi, who suffered 50 per cent injuries, were rushed to Area Hospital Medak. A case has been registered. The investigation is on to know how the house caught in fire.
