Woman jumps to death over family issues in Hyderabad’s Erragadda

Hyderabad: A housewife died by suicide at Erragadda in the city due to family issues on Saturday morning.

Kokkini Sravani (30), a native of Eluru district in AP and a resident of Erragadda, lived along with her husband at Janapriya Apartment in Erragadda.


According to the police, on Saturday morning, she climbed on to the fifth floor of the building and jumped from there. She sustained injuries and died on the spot.

Family members of the woman told the police that Sravani slipped into depression over family issues and might have ended her life over it. A case was registered.
