Woman killed, 15 others injured in accident in Telangana’s Nalgonda

A woman died on the spot as a private bus on its way from Hyderabad to Nellore collided with a tractor at the Chintapalli bypass on the Addanki-Narketpally road in Miryalaguda town

Nalgonda: A woman died on the spot as a private bus on its way from Hyderabad to Nellore collided with a tractor at the Chintapalli bypass on the Addanki-Narketpally road in Miryalaguda town on Sunday. Fifteen persons were injured in the accident.

According to local sources and the police, a group of individuals from Nellore attended a wedding ceremony in Hyderabad and were on their way back to Nellore in a private travel bus. The bus rammed into a tractor from behind. In the impact of the collision, Sunitha Noonavath (40), who was traveling on the tractor, died on the spot while the tractor driver, Saida Noonavath, sustained severe injuries.

Among others injured in the accident were Umar Rajasekhar, Nagacharith, Shailaja, Radha, Akhila, Shivaramakrishna, and Surender Rao, all from Nellore. The bus driver and cleaner were also hurt in the accident. Police registered a case and started an investigation.
