Woman killed in road crash in Hyderabad

The woman who is yet to be identified was proceeding from Khairatabad towards Nampally when the mishap occurred.

Hyderabad: A woman died after she fell from the scooter on which she was riding pillion at Lakdikapul here on Tuesday morning.

According to the police, when the scooter reached near Lakdikapul, she fell from the running scooter and was run over by a truck which was coming from behind. She suffered grievous injuries and died on the spot.

The Saifabad police booked a case and are investigating.
