Hyderabad: Two persons allegedly committed suicide in separate incidents in Gachibowli on Tuesday night.
In the first case, an IT employee, Shatabdi Mondal (32) from Gujarat, who lived in My Home Vihanga in Gachibowli, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her house. Her flatmates saw her hanging in the room and alerted her relatives and the police. The police shifted the body for autopsy and booked a case. Her mobile phone was seized by the police and a few of her colleagues and friends were questioned.
In the other case
A 17-year-old girl hanged herself to death at her house in Indiranagar in Gachibowli. Deepthi Ray, a student, lived along with her parents. On Tuesday night when her parents were away, she allegedly hanged herself to death. The reasons behind her death are not known yet. The police are investigating.
