Woman techie from Yadadri dies in Kurnool bus fire

Anusha, a young software engineer from Vastakonduru village in Yadadri district, was among those killed in the Kurnool bus fire on Friday. She had boarded a Bengaluru-bound Vemuri Kaveri Travels bus from Khairatabad the previous night

Hyderabad: A young software engineer from Telangana tragically lost her life in the Kurnool bus fire on Friday. The victim, Anusha, hailed from Vastakonduru village in Gundala mandal of Yadadri district.

Anusha, who worked as a software engineer in Bengaluru, had returned home for Diwali.


On Thursday night, she boarded a Vemuri Kaveri Travels bus from Khairatabad to return to Bengaluru.

Unfortunately, the luxury bus caught fire near Kurnool around midnight, and Anusha was burnt alive in the incident.

Her grieving parents in Yadadri-Bhongir district were left inconsolable after learning about her tragic death.
