Woman throws seven-year-old daughter from third floor in Malkajgiri

A woman was taken into custody after allegedly throwing her seven-year-old daughter from the third floor of a residential building in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. The child suffered severe injuries and died during treatment. Police have launched an investigation.

Hyderabad: In a shocking and inhuman incident, a woman allegedly pushed her seven-year-old daughter from the third floor of a residential building in Vasanthapuri Colony under the limits of the Malkajgiri police station.

According to police, the woman identified as Monalisa, threw her daughter Sharon Mary from the building on Tuesday. The child suffered seriousl injuries and was immediately rushed to a hospital by family members. Despite treatment, she succumbed to her injuries.


Upon receiving information, the Malkajgiri police rushed to the spot, took Monalisa into custody, and initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances and motive behind the incident.
