Medak: In a tragic incident, a woman held her two children close to her and jumped into a tank at Dadaipally village in Tekmal Mandal of Medak district on Monday late at night.
The bodies of two children have been fished out by the villagers on Tuesday morning while the efforts were on tracing the body of the mother.
The victims were identified as Rajitha (25), Rishwanth (4), and Rakshitha (2).
The villagers said that Rajitha had a serious argument with her husband over a petty issue on Monday late at night. She left home and jumped into Gatchukunta located on the outskirts of the village.
The Tekmal Police, who reached the spot, have launched an investigation.
