Hyderabad: On the occasion of World Homeopathy Day, Devs Homeopathy Medical College and Hospital organised an awareness rally in Keesara to highlight the importance and benefits of homeopathic medicine. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and medical professionals, spreading awareness among the public about natural and holistic healing.

A series of free homeopathy medical camps was conducted from April 4 to 10 across nearby villages, and patients were provided with free consultations and medicines, a press release said.

The celebrations were held in honor of the birth anniversary of Dr Samuel Hahnemann, the father of homeopathy. Speaking on the occasion, College Principal Dr Tummala Murali emphasised that the system of medicine introduced by Dr Hahnemann has proven to be highly beneficial, particularly in a country like India.

He further said homeopathy offers effective relief for chronic diseases at a very low cost, and the treatments are safe, gentle, and free from side effects, which makes them a preferred choice for long-term healthcare. Chairman Dr Satyadev, Director Dr Ram Reddy, faculty members, and students participated in the rally and medical camps.
