World Photography Day contest to showcase the beauty of Telangana
FTCCI is organising an open photography contest for World Photography Day, inviting entries that showcase Telangana’s culture, heritage, and landscapes. With cash prizes up to ₹10,000, the contest is free to enter and open to all photography enthusiasts.
Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) is organising an open photography contest to mark World Photography Day, celebrating the vibrant beauty of Telangana.
Contest theme: The theme is “Explore, Experience, and Exhibit the Spirit of Telangana Tourism.” Photography enthusiasts are invited to capture the essence of Telangana — its culture, heritage, landscapes, architecture, festivals, wildlife, cuisine, and people.

The contest is open to all, with no restrictions on age or profession.
There is no entry fee, and participants may submit unlimited entries.
Submitted photos must not use any filters.
The file size of each entry must not exceed 1 MB.
Photos must be in JPEG format.
Prizes:
First prize: ₹10,000 cash
Second prize: ₹7,500 cash
Third prize: ₹5,000 cash
Five consolation prizes: ₹1,000 each
Judging criteria: An expert jury comprising renowned photographers, tourism professionals, and artists will evaluate the entries based on creativity, composition, relevance to the theme, and visual impact.

Each entry must include:
Full name
Contact number and email ID
A brief description of the photograph (location, context, etc.)
