Writing- the ultimate panacea

Writing contains an inexplicable delight. In my opinion, writing is the best panacea ever found. It leaves behind a message, an experience, a suffering, an inspiration to the world. We all dwell in a world where things become old and oblivious even before one gets to know about it properly.

Having a pen and paper and a thousand thoughts ambling in the mind is a bliss. Once you start writing, you would neither hesitate nor regret for expressing yourself. It takes you to a world free of remorse, jeopardy, loneliness and revives your self-esteem, contentment, optimism. Writing reveals a glimpse of your self which you would not have known about earlier.

We conceal our truest selves from that part of us which is exposed to judgement and criticism every day. There is always a fear in us, of becoming one of the preys of judgement and criticism and thus, our lives are bound within fear, regrets and cynicism. Therefore, in this fast-pacing world, we have lost a touch of our own, true selves. Putting all those ‘left behind’ feelings into words is like reliving your lost self. As said earlier, the delight is inexplicable.

Writing ignites wonder towards the world. It erases all kinds of negative ramifications from the mind. It gives you a sense of mental peace and comfort. Also, you would enter a world where your creativity is accepted, cherished and enhanced. It takes you on a journey which leaves you astonished about your progress at the end. Every time you write something new, you would face fresher perspectives and your thoughts would broaden.

Writing brings out all those million thoughts clogged and cluttered in your mind into words. It, in return, provides you with solace and tranquility which we all seek for in us. Precisely, writing is a zone of extreme mental comfort; and one is always welcome to this zone of highly affordable mental therapy!
