Yashoda Hospitals hosts global skull base endoscopy summit in Hyderabad

Yashoda Hospitals, Secunderabad, hosted the International Skull Base Endoscopy Summit 2.0, bringing together over 500 global experts. The three-day event featured lectures, live surgeries and cadaveric workshops focusing on advances in minimally invasive neurosurgery and skull base techniques.

Hyderabad: Yashoda Hospitals, Secunderabad, under the aegis of the Yashoda Center for Neuroendoscopy (YCNE), organized the three-day ‘International Skull Base Endoscopy Summit 2.0 from April 24 to 26.

The summit was conducted as a world-class academic platform, bringing together more than 500 national and international medical experts in the field of minimally invasive neurosurgery and skull base surgery. Neurosurgeons, skull base specialists, ENT surgeons, academicians, and postgraduate medical students from across the globe participated and shared their insights and experiences in microneurosurgery and neuroendoscopy.

The three-day endoscopic skull base cadaveric workshop was led by Dr. Theodore H. Schwartz (USA), Dr. Calvin Mak (Hong Kong), and Dr. Ayyadurai* (India) as Course Directors.
