Yay! Abba is working on new music
The quartet of Agnetha Faltskog, Anna-Frid Lyngstad, Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson returned to the studio in 2018.

Abba, the highly popular supergroup from Sweden, is working on new songs. The group made the announcement on their social media handles. The music will be the band’s first such work in over 39 years. Some five songs are expected to be released by the band. Among them are the much-delayed tracks ‘I still have have faith in you’ and ‘Don’t shut me down’.
The quartet of Agnetha Faltskog, Anna-Frid Lyngstad, Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson returned to the studio in 2018.
A new website was also launched by Abba which announced the long-awaited ‘Hologram tour’. They released a cryptic image of four glowing planets, accompanied by the date September 2. A special stage has been built in an east London theatre where the holograms will be beamed onstage. Fans will also get to watch a documentary film about Abba’s comeback.
The band, formed in 1972, has sold more than 400 million singles and albums around the world. Abba recorded their final songs ‘Under Attack’ and ‘The day before you came’ in 1982. So, naturally, fans of the Swedish band are hopeful of listening to their gems of music once again.
