Yogesh, Sisika clinch under-15 chess titles on international chess day
V Yogesh and Sisika Borelli won the under-15 titles at the inaugural Deccan Chess Academy Sub-junior Tournament held at The Shri Ram Academy, marking International Chess Day celebrations in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: V Yogesh of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Vidyashram and Sisika Borelli of Vikalp India won the boys and girls under-15 titles respectively in the inaugural Deccan Chess Academy Sub-junior Chess Tournament at The Shri Ram Academy (Gachibowli), held as part of International Chess Day celebrations.
FIDE Master and Trainer Rishpal Singh thanked the venue partner, The Shri Ram Academy, and sponsors P R Srinivasan (Director, ZERO40 Brewing), Nemali Meghansh (Smaash Game On), and T T Lakshmi Priyaa (Life Purified), along with Avinash Rajapet, Sports Head of The Shri Ram Academy, for making the event a success.
