Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police on Thursday arrested a youngster on charges of sodomizing a minor boy two years ago.
The suspect identified as T.Sai Kiran (19), a resident of Sri Krishna Nagar had two years ago, allegedly lured the 10-year-old victim and sodomized him. According to the police, the suspect showed obscene videos to the victim and committed the offence in the latter’s bedroom, when his parents were not present at home.
However, the victim, due to fear, did not reveal it to anyone. About one-and-a-half year ago, his mother was transferred to Bengaluru and the family shifted there.
It was then that the victim told about the incident to his mother. Based on a complaint from his mother, the Bengaluru police booked a case and recently shifted it to Hyderabad, on the basis of jurisdiction.
The Jubilee Hills police re-registered a case and arrested the suspect.
