Youngster, minor arrested for shooting reels with police vehicle in Adilabad
Two persons, including a minor, were arrested in Adilabad for making Instagram reels on a police vehicle parked on Aerodrome Road during drunk and drive checks. A case was registered under Sections 329 and 292 of the BNS. Departmental action is also planned
Adilabad: Two persons, including a minor, were arrested for making Instagram reels on a police vehicle here on Wednesday.
Police said Shaik Fayaz and a minor from the town were apprehended for filming a reel using a police vehicle parked on Aerodrome Road while the police were conducting drunk and drive checks. A case was registered against the two under Sections 329 (criminal trespass) and 292 (public nuisance) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita. Investigations have been taken up.
Similarly, departmental action is set to be initiated against the staffers who showed negligence in allowing the misuse of the vehicle. The two youngsters shot the reels and posted them on Instagram. They were seen getting down from the vehicle as if they owned it, prompting the police department to respond.
