Youth among three arrested for gold ornaments theft in Hyderabad
The Kanchanbagh police in Hyderabad arrested three men, including a 19-year-old youth, for repeatedly stealing gold ornaments from his own house. The trio have been remanded in judicial custody.
Hyderabad: The Kanchanbagh police on Friday arrested three persons, including a youth who stole gold ornaments from his own house.
The prime suspect, Mohd Adnaan Shareef (19), along with Mohd Rehan Uddin (25) and Mohammed Sameer (22), allegedly committed the theft multiple times.
Police said Adnaan had planned the crime after noticing valuable ornaments at home and later sold them with the help of his friends.
A total of 137 grams of gold, four mobile phones and a car were recovered. The trio have been remanded in judicial custody.
