Khammam: A youth was electrocuted during New Year Day celebrations at VM Banjar of Penuballi mandal in the district. The youth was identified as Gaddam Bala Kumar (24) of Tekulapalli village in the mandal. He died after suffering an electric shock at a church at the village where New Year Day celebrations were being organised during late night hours of Friday. In another incident, a 20-year-old youth went missing in NSP Canal on Saturday morning at Rayamadharam village in Enkoor mandal. The missing youth, identified as Y Deshi, was a student of a Vedic School at the village.
