Warangal: Unable to bear the harassment of loan app agents, a 29-year-old man died, allegedly by suicide, in Mulknoor village of Bhimadevarapalli mandal of Hanumakonda district on Sunday.
According to reports, Madugula Anil, who was running a fast food outlet in Mulknoor, borrowed Rs.9 lakh from an online loan app. However, last month he was unable to pay the installment due to financial constraints.
Following this, the loan app agents started exerting pressure on him to pay the installment. With the harassment of the loan agents increasing every passing day, Anil allegedly consumed pesticide on Sunday morning.
