Youth held for making Instagram reel displaying air rifle on jeep

Mohd Afeezuddin’s reel causes sense of fear; jeep driver also arrested

Hyderabad: The Banjara Hills police arrested a youth on charges of making Instagram reels by displaying an air rifle in public causing a sense of fear.

Recently, Mohd Afeezuddin (21), a videographer from Sanathnagar, used an air rifle and created a reel by displaying it on the dashboard when traveling in an open top jeep at Banjara Hills Road No.1, which is illegal as per the law.

The video clip went viral on social media and reached the Banjara Hills police, who booked a case, identified and nabbed him. The jeep driver was also arrested. The air rifle and jeep were seized.
