YSRC bags Eluru municipal corporation

Eluru: The ruling YSR Congress Party has bagged the Eluru Municipal Corporation in West Godavari district.
During the counting held on Sunday in the 47 divisions for which elections were conducted on March 10, YSRCP won in 42 divisions. It had already bagged three seats out of the 50 divisions in the corporation unanimously.
The opposition Telugu Desam Party won in only three divisions. With the results of two divisions not yet declared, the YSRCP with victory in 45 divisions so far, ruled supreme in the civic polls.
