Hyderabad: Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited (REEL) laid the foundation for zero liquid discharge Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. TSIIC Vice Chairman & Managing Director Venkat Narasimha Reddy said there has been a demand for secondary effluent treatment plant in Pashamylaram for industries as the established plant was insufficient for the rising industrial needs. Accordingly, foundation was laid for CETP with 480 KLD capacity and the project will be operational in about six to eight months, he said. The plant has a capacity to treat 480 KL industrial waste water daily and proposed to expand to 1000 KL per day.
