Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, an 11-year-old girl allegedly died by suicide by hanging at her residence at Saidoni Gadda Thanda in Medchal, a suburb, on Saturday.

The girl’s mother alleged that a 17-year-old boy from the same locality had assaulted her daughter, and suspected that the incident may have left the child distressed.
