Hyderabad: The Government Railway Police, Secunderabad on Saturday caught one person who was transporting ganja in his bag and seized around 12 kilogram of the contraband from him at Secunderabad railway station.
The arrested person was identified as Krishna Pal Singh (22), a native of Uttar Pradesh. According to the police, the man was waiting on Platform Number 1 for a Delhi bound train when his baggage was checked on suspicion.
“He bought the ganja from Andhra Pradesh and was planning to transport it to Delhi to sell it. On suspicion, his baggage was checked and the contraband was seized,” said the police. A case was booked.
