22-year-old porter killed in road rage incident in Telangana’s Nizamabad
According to reports, two persons on a bike coming from behind reportedly started abusing Chandrakant for not giving side to their vehicle
Nizamabad: In a road rage incident, a 22-year-old porter was killed in Goshalaganj of Nizamabad town on Sunday night. The deceased was identified as Chandrakant of Mirchi Compound area of the town.
According to reports, Chandrakant was going home at night after finishing his work and as he reached Goshalaganj, two persons on a bike coming from behind reportedly started abusing him for not giving side to their vehicle.
In a few minutes, a fight broke out and both the parties pushed each other and in the melee Chandrakant reportedly lost control and fell into a drain passing beside the road.
The other two escaped from the scene after they saw Chandrakant bleeding. Passersby shifted him to a nearby government hospital, where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. A case was registered and investigation is underway.
