Hyderabad: The Meerpet police organized an ‘Operation Chabutra’ mission on Tuesday night and caught 50 youngsters moving on the streets during lockdown hours.

The Detective Inspector, P Satyanarayana, counseled the youngsters in presence of their parents about the intention of imposing the lockdown. He also asked the parents to discourage the youth from moving on the roads and sitting idle at street corners late in the night.
The Meerpet police earlier took out similar exercises in Nandavanam, Leninnagar and Badangpet areas.
