Hyderabad: This week’s Shaandaar Shukravaar episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ was magical as the special guests Sonu Nigam and Shaan crooned some of their hit songs throughout the episode. Not just the audience, but even the host Amitabh Bachchan was seen thoroughly enjoying listening to the famous playback singers perform songs like ‘Aal Izz Well’ and ‘Main Agar Kahun’. Making the evening even more extraordinary was Shaan’s wife Radhika Mukherjee who revealed that she is the biggest fan of Big B.

From escaping the security at Lilavati Hospital to hug him in the lift to shouting ‘I love you’ from the audience when Amitabh was hosting the finale episode of a reality show, it seems Radhika has been fangirling over Big B for many years. She revealed that she came to KBC not to support her husband Shaan but to stare at Amitabh!

Shaan, Sonu, and Big B even played a round of antakshari and we saw the Shahenshah of Bollywood impressing his fans by singing ‘Mere Angne Mein’ in his signature husky voice. He even sang the iconic song ‘Rang Barse’. During the show, Sonu revealed that he was close friends with Shaan although they don’t meet as often they would like to. He said Shaan is a ‘good soul’ and that he shouldn’t change that about him ever.

While on the hot seat, Shaan revealed that his dad was an influential person and knew legendary singer Kishore Kumar personally. He recalled the time when he saw his father, Manas Mukherjee and Kishore Kumar walking under a single umbrella after recording a song.

Shaan and Sonu answered the questions asked on the game show smoothly and won Rs 25,000,00 that they will be donating to the old-age home Sant Baba Moni Saheb Anand Ashram in Pune, run by singer Ashok Khosla.
