ABN Andhra Jyothi crew stopped by BRS workers, commotion at Telangana Bhavan

Tension erupted at Telangana Bhavan on Sunday when a team from ABN Andhra Jyothi channel attempted to enter the BRS State office despite being banned. A cameraman and reporter tried to film ongoing protests, but party workers objected and demanded they leave.

Hyderabad: Commotion prevailed at Telangana Bhavan on Sunday when a team from ABN Andhra Jyothi channel, despite being banned by the BRS, tried to enter the State party office premises.

A cameraman and a reporter of the channel reached the Telangana Bhavan and tried to film the protest and related developments. On noticing, the BRS party workers asked them to leave. However, the channel representatives refused to do so.

The party workers raised slogans against the channel prompting police intervention. The police later asked the channel representatives to leave the place anticipating trouble.
