Actor Allu Sirish releases Insta video on fitness session
Flexing muscles is more than just a way to show off the results of his strength and endurance.
Actor Allu Sirish has transformed in a big way over the last couple of years. His determination, focus and constant training are now reaping results in a big way. The actor on Tuesday morning released a workout video clip on his Instagram.
“I am yet to reach my fitness goals. “Training Day”, is a short video series where I take along with me through my journey. Tag along! #AStrainingday #backworkout,” he wrote.
In all 30 seconds, the video sums up various workouts he performs before a quick warmup — single arm dumbbell row, seated rows, sternum pull up, wide grip lat pulldown.
The actor is pretty excited about his next film titled ‘Prema Kadanta’ which features Anu Emmanuel as the leading lady. The movie is being directed by Rakesh Sashii who earlier directed movies like ‘Vijetha’ and ‘Jatha Kalise.
