Actor Mohan Babu moves Lunch Motion at Telangana High Court in Telugu journalist assault case
The judge refused the interim orders pointing out that any relief could be give only after a counter is filed by the State.

Hyderabad: Film actor Mohan Babu moved the Telangana High Court on Friday seeking interim bail in the Telugu journalist assault case.
He moved the Lunch Motion in front of Justice K Lakshman.
The judge refused the interim orders pointing out that any relief could be given only after a counter is filed by the State.
It maybe recalled that an assault case was filed against actor Mohan Babu after he hit a journalist at his residence, earlier this week.
