In the reel the actor was ranting yet was playful in his specialized way about generic answers he receives after advising to lead a healthier lifestyle. “I tell people to get healthy and hit the gym, and the usual reply is: ‘Will you pay for my gym and the protein powder?” says Navdeep, adding in his sarcastic twist.

Without further ado, he dares his fans into a 100-day fitness challenge. To enhance the enjoyment of it, he calls upon participants to take snapshots of their progress with a newspaper showing the same date. “If anybody gets fit and healthy, I will meet you for lunch or coffee. Do it for yourself; not for anyone,” enthuses Navdeep.
