Hyderabad: Actor Navdeep has posted a very interesting Instagram reel wherein he humorously challenged his followers to start a 100-day fitness journey, and if they manage it, will treat them with lunch or coffee. In the reel the actor was ranting yet was playful in his specialized way about generic answers he receives after advising to lead a healthier lifestyle. “I tell people to get healthy and hit the gym, and the usual reply is: ‘Will you pay for my gym and the protein powder?” says Navdeep, adding in his sarcastic twist.
Without further ado, he dares his fans into a 100-day fitness challenge. To enhance the enjoyment of it, he calls upon participants to take snapshots of their progress with a newspaper showing the same date. “If anybody gets fit and healthy, I will meet you for lunch or coffee. Do it for yourself; not for anyone,” enthuses Navdeep.
