Akhanda-2 pre-release event: Traffic restrictions in place at Kukatpally
The Cyberabad Traffic Police imposed traffic diversions in Kukatpally on Friday from 4 pm to 11 pm due to the ‘Akhanda-2’ pre-release event at Khaithlapur Ground. Large crowds are expected, and commuters have been advised to take alternative routes
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Traffic Police have announced traffic restrictions in Kukatpally in view of the ‘Akhanda-2’ pre-release event scheduled from 4 pm to 11 pm at Khaithlapur Ground on Friday. A large gathering is expected, leading to possible congestion on adjoining routes.
Accordingly, vehicles from Bharat Nagar and Erragadda towards Moosapet GHMC office will be diverted towards Kukatpally Y-Junction and traffic from Kukatpally Y-Junction towards IDL Lake will be diverted towards JNTU.
Commuters from Madhapur and Hitec City travelling towards Khaithlapur will be diverted towards Nexus Mall – JNTU Road.
Traffic officials have urged commuters to plan their travel accordingly and cooperate.
