Hyderabad: Alia Bhatt’s secret to her fit body and glowing skin is no doubt Yoga. Time and again, the actor keeps sharing the benefits of Yoga with her fans. On Saturday, the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actor’s Yoga trainer Anushka dropped a pic of her doing the Sukhasana. “Like Alia believes, ‘It’s a beautiful day to go after your dreams.’ @aliaabhatt Happy Saturday y’all let’s make everyday count (sic),” she captioned it.
“Healing,” Alia wrote on her Instagram Stories.
“She is glowing,” commented Alia’s fan on the snap. She is actually shining! And seeing this early in the day is actually motivating,” added a fan. “Gorgeous,” complimented another fan. Wearing a black tank top with matching tights, Alia is seen flashing a radiant smile towards the camera.
It was only a week ago that we saw Alia slaying an inversion Yoga pose. Anushka, who also trains Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ananya Pandey and Rakul Preet Singh, captioned the snap on Instagram, “Inverting & dancing into opening up the heart @aliaabhatt. Reversing gravity flushes fresh nutrients and oxygen to the face, stimulates the facial capillaries and hair follicles of the scalp, and helps remove visual signs of toxicity, giving your skin a natural “face lift” and glow. Inversions literally turn your frown upside down (sic).”
On the work front, Alia has ‘Brahmastra’ with Ranbir Kapoor, ‘Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ with Ranveer Singh, ‘Darlings’ with Roshan Mathew and Vijay Varma, and ‘RRR’ with Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
