Stampede death: Allu Arjun release from jail might be delayed due to procedural wrangles
As per available information, the prison authorities have told the actor’s legal team that they have not yet received the necessary bail documents from the court. Thus, delaying his release and also the bail documents which were initially submitted by the lawyers were not put in the correct format.
Hyderabad: Tense moments continued to be witnessed at the Central Prison in Chanchalguda as actor Allu Arjun, who was granted interim bail in the Sandhya Theatre stampede case, may have to stay in the jail on Friday night.
As per available information, the prison authorities have told the Pushpa-2 hero’s legal team that they have not yet received the necessary bail documents from the court. Thus, delaying his release and also the bail documents which were initially submitted by the lawyers were not put in the correct format.

It is learnt that despite the High Court granting interim bail to Allu Arjun, some document work and related formalities for the release were still to be completed. They said once the necessary bail documents reached the prison authorities, the actor would be released. as well.
Meanwhile, the prison authorities have readied Class – 1 Barrack in the prison to lodge the actor for the night.
Fan and supporters of the actor raised slogans for the actor and expressed solidarity in front of the prison till late in the night.
