Hyderabad: A team of nurses and midwives from American College of Nurse-Midwives recently visited KIMS-Sunshine Hospitals to under midwifery practices and get a first-hand experience of Indian health care delivery system.
In addition to interacting with senior physicians from KIMS-Sunshine hospital, the delegates visited labour room infrastructure, innovative midwifery approaches, and comprehensive healthcare ecosystem.
The delegation met Sudhaker Jadhav, COO, KIMS-SUNSHINE Hospitals, Begumpet, to discuss potential avenues for global collaboration and knowledge exchange and also interacted with Shiny Cherian, Nursing Superintendent, who shared insights into the institution’s patient-centered midwifery protocols.
