Andhra couple killed in road accident in Telangana’s Khammam
A couple from Andhra Pradesh died in a road accident at Takkellapadu village in Khammam district, Telangana, on Tuesday. Police said Srinivasa Rao lost control of his motorbike and collided with a lorry. Both victims died instantly
Khammam: A couple from Andhra Pradesh died in a road accident at Takkellapadu village in Yerrupalem mandal of Khammam district on Tuesday.
The victims, Damineni Srinivasa Rao (54) and his wife Damineni Rajini Kumari (50), hailed from Gani Atkur village in Kanchikacherla mandal of NTR district, Andhra Pradesh.
Police said the accident occurred when Srinivasa Rao lost control of his motorbike and collided with an oncoming lorry. The couple died on the spot.
After receiving information, local police reached the spot and launched an investigation.
