Another inter student dies by suicide in erstwhile Adilabad

Nirmal: A 17-year-old student died allegedly by suicide by hanging after he failed in Intermediate first year at Gollamada village on Monday. It was the second such incident reported in erstwhile Adilabad district in a gap of 24 hours.
Narsapur (G) Sub-Inspector K Ganesh said that Gundla Manivardhan hanged himself from a tree near a hillock after he failed in the inter exams. Manivardhan was distressed when he learned the results of Intermediate first year. He left home saying he would go to the farm and hanged himself there.
On Sunday, Jillapelli Soujanya killed herself by hanging from a ceiling fan as she was disheartened by her failure in Intermediate first year soon after the release of the results at Danthenpalli village in Utnoor mandal of Adilabad district.
