Anshula Kapoor ties nupital knot with Rohan Thakkar
Anshula Kapoor married screenwriter-director Rohan Thakkar in an intimate ceremony. Sharing wedding photographs, Anshula described him as her "safest place" and "easiest choice" after the couple's engagement in October 2025
New Delhi: “You are my safest place and easiest choice” said entrepreneur Anshula Kapoor as she tied the knot with screenwriter and director Rohan Thakkar.
Anshula, daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and the late Mona Shourie Kapoor and sister of the Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor, shared a series of pictures from the celebrations on her Instagram on Monday. It featured the couple holding hands and other pictures from the celebrations.
Anshula wore a peach-coloured lehenga, which she complemented with a golden scarf and statement jewellery. Rohan wore an ivory-gold sherwani.
“06.07.2026. Of all the people. Of all the places. Of all the timing. It was you. And somehow, through every twist, detour, and surprise, it is still you. My favourite conversation. My safest place. My easiest choice. Always you @rohanthakkar1511,” she wrote in the caption.
The couple dated for years and got engaged in October 2025. They announced the engagement with a social media post.
“Somehow, even back then, it felt like the starting of something that mattered. 3 years later, in my favourite city, in front of the castle in Central Park, he proposed! At exactly 1.15 AM India time! “And somehow the world paused just long enough. Just the quiet kind of love that feels like home… What @rohanthakkar1511 gave me that day was better. Because it was intentional. Thoughtful. Real. Us. I said yes,” it read.
Anshula’s latest appearance was in “The Traitors”, a reality series hosted by Karan Johar.
