AP CM announces Rs 25 lakh cash for women’s hockey team member

Chief Minister also directed officials to clear all dues to Rajini and provide her a 1000-yards house-site and incentive of Rs.40,000 a month

Amaravati: Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Wednesday announced Rs. 25 lakh cash and job for a family member of E Rajini, member of Indian women’s hockey squad which put in a plucky show in the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

He felicitated Rajani on the day when she met him at his camp office along with her parents. The Chief Minister also directed officials to clear all dues to Rajini and provide her a 1000-yards house-site and incentive of Rs.40,000 a month.

Rajini, who came with a stellar performance as goalkeeper of the Indian team, also was the only player representing southern states in the national squad.
