Hyderabad: Apollo Health & Lifestyle Private Limited has launched a patient convenient ‘drive through’ testing of the Covid-19 RT PCR at the Jubilee Hills Public School, Jubilee Hills. This is the second unit offering such a facility in Hyderabad.

The complete process of registration and payment for the testing is touchless and contact-free, according to a press release. The facility has the capacity to manage up to 250 patients per day, it said adding that the testing centre will cater to the residents of Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Shaikpet, Film Nagar and Attapur.


Those desiring to undergo the RT-PCR test need to complete the registration process at the entrance by scanning a QR code and they will be given a token number on their mobile number, it said. A necessary online payment has to be done and later proceed for the testing and a phlebotomist takes the sample, it said.

A message with details and digital invoice will be sent on the mobile number, it said adding that reports will be delivered within a time frame of 48-72 hours. People wanting to undergo the test must carry necessary identification documents, as specified by the government (PAN or Aadhaar card), it added.
