Armed Reserve constable murdered by friend in Uppal after argument
An Armed Reserve constable of the Hyderabad police was allegedly stabbed to death by his friend in Uppal on Sunday evening after an argument. The accused fled after the attack and special police teams have been formed to trace him
Hyderabad: An Armed Reserve constable working with the Hyderabad police was murdered allegedly by his friend at Uppal on Sunday evening after an argument.
According to the police, the victim, Sudheer Kumar, a resident of RTC Colony in Chengicherla, came to meet his friend Santosh Naik at Adarshnagar in Uppal.
“It is not known what happened between them. Santosh repeatedly stabbed Sudheer with a knife, resulting in his death on the spot,” said an official of the Uppal police.
The body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital mortuary and the police formed special teams to nab the assailant.
