Bhadrachalam(Kothagudem): The arrangements for annual Sri Rama Navami Brahmotsavams of Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamy Devasthanam here have been going on at brisk pace.
‘Thirukalyana Mahotsavam’ was scheduled to be held on April 10 and ‘Maha Pattabhishekam Mahotsavam’ on April 11. Work orders worth Rs 1.91 crore have already been placed, the temple Executive Officer B Sivaji told Telangana Today on Wednesday. The works like painting of the temple premises, the main Gopuram, Mithila Stadium, where Sri Rama Kalyanam takes place were under progress. Rs 10 lakh has been allotted to the revenue department for erecting barricades at river Godavari, he said.

The online sale of sector tickets for Sri Rama Navami and Maha Pattabhishekam has been going on. As on Wednesday as many as 1, 189 tickets of different sectors have been of the total 13, 151 tickets made available online.
