Audio of ‘Mr Ramu’ released in Hyderabad
The audio of Bontha Ramu’s debut film Mr Ramu was launched in Hyderabad. Directed by Ajay Koundinya, the film blends entertainment with a message on child kidnappings, featuring Ajay Ghosh and Jabardasth Apparao.

Hyderabad: The audio launch of the film Mr Ramu was held in the city on Tuesday, August 26. The film, starring Bontha Ramu in the lead role, is directed by Ajay Koundinya and produced under the Renuka Devi Films banner. Ajay Ghosh plays the antagonist, while Jabardasth Apparao appears in an important role.
Director Ajay Koundinya said the story revolves around child kidnappings in hospitals and is designed to balance entertainment with a social message. He added that Bontha Ramu’s portrayal of an auto driver would stand out in the film. “Small films face several challenges, but I believe stories like these deserve wider attention,” he remarked.
Speaking at the event, Bontha Ramu said acting had always been his dream and this project gave him the right start. He announced that he would be collaborating with the director on nine more films. “As soon as Mr Ramu is released, we will move on to our next project,” he said.
Actors Jabardasth Apparao and Sandhya, along with actress Avantika who performed a special number, shared their experiences of working on the film. Music director Hruday Mugdal, who also penned the lyrics, said he hoped the audience would enjoy the songs, particularly “Paya Paya.”
The makers said they are confident the film will connect with audiences when it releases in theatres soon.
