Hyderabad: Bagelstein, the French bagel brand celebrated for its artisanal offerings and distinctive ambience, has launched its first Indian outlet at Ground Floor Atrium, Nexus Mall, Kukatpally.

The debut marks the start of Bagelstein’s journey in India, in partnership with Franchise India with a vision to roll out over 100 outlets across the country by 2029, a press release said.

Founded in Strasbourg in 2011 by Thierry Veil and Gilles Abecassis, Bagelstein has become a cult favourite across Europe, with 107 stores spread across France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

The Hyderabad outlet introduces Indian consumers to Bagelstein’s signature offerings, including a variety of gourmet bagels, premium coffee selections, and an atmosphere that blends Parisian charm with local cultural elements.

“India presents a strategic growth and exciting opportunity for us, and we are delighted to introduce our delicious blend of French charm and cuisine to Hyderabad,” said Thierry Veil, Founder & CEO of Bagelstein.
