Bajrang Dal protests against Valentine’s Day in Hyderabad
The activists gathered at Abid Road junction and burnt an effigy and Valentine’s Day greeting cards. They condemned the practice and termed it "western culture" and urged people not to celebrate it.

Hyderabad: Bajrang Dal activists on Saturday staged a protest against the practice of celebrating Valentine’s Day.
The activists gathered at Abid Road junction and burnt an effigy and Valentine’s Day greeting cards. They condemned the practice and termed it “western culture” and urged people not to celebrate it.
Around 50 members participated in the protest and asked the public to observe “Shaheed Diwas” to commerate the Pulwama attack.
The organization said that more similar protest programs would be held across the State on February 14.
