Hyderabad: A bank employee was killed in a road accident at Medchal on Sunday afternoon.
Kotta Sattaiah (55) who works with the Central Bank of India, Ranigunj branch, was going on his Activa when a speeding car hit the vehicle at Dabirpur Kaman. “The victim fell on the road from his vehicle and sustained serious head injuries. Death was instant for him,” said D Appa Rao, sub inspector Medchal police station.
On information, the police registered a case against the driver of the car and shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for postmortem examination.
