‘Barbie Dream House’ created out of waste!
Why to buy things and waste money, when we can make something ourselves
My mom had handed me two Barbie dolls that she used to play with in her childhood days. On my birthday, I got few more dolls. I was really happy to play with them. But the excitement did not last long and I wanted doll sets.
One day I asked my mom to buy it for me. But then I thought why to buy things and waste money, when we can make something ourselves.
After all, the things we buy for dolls are also made by people. I looked around the house and found a lot of things around. I started making a doll house for my dolls.
A kitchen, garage and rooms were made by dividing a box. I made a table from plastic cap and paper cups were used for table legs. I used a toothbrush stand that had compartments as a closet, I used my nail art box for the bed and decorated it, a box was covered with a beautiful piece of cloth for couch.
I used a glass box for TV; pots and pans were made from discarded cups and spoons. I painted an old toy kitchen set and it became new as ever. Thus, my beautiful ‘Barbie Dream House’ was created out of waste!
