BDL Bhanur police register case against Sigachi management

While the official death toll in one of the biggest ever industrial mishaps in Telangana touched 36 by Tuesday evening, 16 persons are still not traceable

Sangareddy: The BDL Bhanur police on Tuesday registered cases against the management of Sigachi Chloro Chemicals Private Limited under BNS sections 105, 110 and 117, holding them responsible for Monday’s blast.

While the official death toll in one of the biggest ever industrial mishaps in Telangana touched 36 by Tuesday evening, 16 persons were still not traceable.

As many as 34 workers, who sustained serious injuries in the blast, were undergoing treatment in different hospitals. The condition of more than 10 of them is said to be critical.
